2、臺達伺服系統(tǒng)運行及維護
臺達伺服系統(tǒng)包括伺服驅(qū)動器和伺服電機，驅(qū)動器利用精密的反饋結(jié)合高速數(shù)字信號處理器DSP，控制IGBT產(chǎn)生精確電流輸出，用來驅(qū)動三相永磁同步交流伺服電機來達到精確調(diào)速、定位等功能。和普通電機比較，由于交流伺服驅(qū)動器內(nèi)部有許多保護功能，且電機無電刷和換向器，因此工作可靠，對維護和保養(yǎng)工作量最小。
為了延長伺服系統(tǒng)的工作壽命，在使用過程中需注意以下問題。對于系統(tǒng)的使用環(huán)境：需考慮到溫度、濕度、粉塵、振動、輸入電壓這五個要素。請嚴格按照安裝手冊中的要求執(zhí)行。
伺服驅(qū)動器操作時須安裝于遮敝式的控制箱內(nèi)，保持良好通風與散熱，并且空氣中沒有水汽、可燃性與腐蝕性氣體。保持控制箱內(nèi)整潔，沒有銅絲、鐵屑等易導電細物，以免造成驅(qū)動器內(nèi)電路板短路。
