PLC輸入模塊

PLC系統(tǒng)的架構(gòu)和輸入模塊的選擇取決于所需要監(jiān)測(cè)的輸入信號(hào)電平的高低。各種類型的傳感器和待監(jiān)測(cè)的過程控制變量所產(chǎn)生的信號(hào)，其范圍從±10mV一直到±10V。

許多種結(jié)構(gòu)的ADC都可以應(yīng)用于工業(yè)和PLC應(yīng)用，包括逐次逼近型(SAR)、Flash/Parallel、積分(包括S-D)，以及斜坡/計(jì)數(shù)型。針對(duì)特定應(yīng)用選擇ADC時(shí)，首要考慮的因素是輸入信號(hào)范圍，同時(shí)還應(yīng)該考慮所要求的精度、信號(hào)頻率分量、最大的信號(hào)電平以及動(dòng)態(tài)范圍。使用最廣泛的是逐次逼近型ADC和S-D ADC。

逐次逼近型ADC可以提供12bit到18bit的分辨率，而且具有高吞吐率;它們是多通道復(fù)用應(yīng)用的理想選擇，而這些應(yīng)用需要以較高的采樣速率對(duì)大量的輸入通道進(jìn)行監(jiān)測(cè)。

S-D架構(gòu)的ADC所能提供的分辨率為16bit~24bit。它們具有很高的過采樣速率和數(shù)字濾波能力，以實(shí)現(xiàn)很高的分辨率和精度，但相對(duì)于SAR型ADC，采樣速率較低。S-D架構(gòu)一般在前端處集成了可編程增益放大器(PGA);在每通道配備轉(zhuǎn)換器的應(yīng)用中，這可以實(shí)現(xiàn)傳感器與ADC之間的直接接口，而無需外部信號(hào)調(diào)理。

對(duì)熱電偶、應(yīng)變計(jì)和電橋型壓力傳感器輸出的低電平信號(hào)進(jìn)行測(cè)量時(shí)，一個(gè)關(guān)鍵的要求是能夠執(zhí)行差分式測(cè)量，以抑制共模干擾，并在出現(xiàn)噪聲的情況下提供更穩(wěn)定的讀數(shù)。例如，在工業(yè)應(yīng)用常常采用差分輸入，以抑制電機(jī)、AC電源線或者其他影響ADC輸入的共模噪聲。

單端輸入的成本更低，在引腳數(shù)量相同的情況下，所能提供的通道可以增加一倍，這是因?yàn)樗鼈兠總€(gè)通道只需要一路模擬的輸入，而且這些輸入都以同一個(gè)接地點(diǎn)為基準(zhǔn)。它們主要用于具有高信號(hào)電平、低噪聲和穩(wěn)定的公共地電位的應(yīng)用中。
